CERC is located at the offices of the Village of Hempstead Community Development Agency  (CDA), and there is never a charge for using our computers or referral services, searching our database of programs and benefits, or speaking  to one of our knowledgeable resource officers.
We work with you one-on-one to direct you to local programs developed to address whatever you and your family may be facing. We will guide you through the application process and provide additional support along the way – all free of charge.
